1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Biluxury Aff application (“Application”, “App”, "Aff"), operated by Biluxury (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By registering or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual who registers or uses the Application

• Points: Loyalty points issued by Biluxury

• Physical Products: Tangible goods such as clothing and accessories

• CTV (Collaborator): Users participating in the optional affiliate program

3. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.

• The Application is not intended for children under 13.

• By using the App, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, users may be required to provide:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

The following information is optional:

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Referral code

Users may use the Application and purchase products without providing optional information.

5. Points System (IMPORTANT)

• Points are loyalty points, not a virtual currency, cryptocurrency, or electronic money.

• Points:

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred

  • Cannot be converted back into money

• Points can be used only to purchase physical products available on Biluxury.

• Points cannot be used to unlock:

  • Digital content

  • Digital services

  • In-app features or subscriptions

This points system complies with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1 and Google Play Payments policy.

6. Payments

• Payments are made to obtain points used for purchasing physical products.

• All payments are processed via external payment providers.

• Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for any payment processing or disputes.

7. Orders & Physical Product Delivery

• Orders placed using points are for physical products only.

• Delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners.

• Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Points are non-refundable once credited to a user’s account.

• Refunds or exchanges for physical products follow Biluxury’s return policy.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Affiliate / CTV Program

• Participation in the CTV program is optional.

• Users are not required to make any payment to join.

• Commissions are earned only from successful sales of physical products.

• The program:

  • Does not reward recruitment

  • Does not provide income guarantees

  • Is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Misuse points or attempt to exchange points for money

• Provide false or misleading information

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

• Exploit referral or affiliate mechanisms

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Biluxury reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biluxury shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Losses caused by unauthorized access to accounts

• Delays or failures caused by third-party services

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
